howya?

I’m Pablo, a designer at heart with a hands-on mindset and a long track record of making digital experiences more human.


My career started when websites were built by hand and Flash ruled the internet. (I’m not old - I’m experienced!)



Since then, I’ve grown with the industry. Moving through roles in UX, UI, Branding, Motion, and Creative Direction.

I’ve designed campaigns, built brands, led teams, founded a studio, moved abroad, and worked with global companies across industries in Tech, Finance and Media.


Today I lead experience design at Sage, where I help shape digital products for customers in 15+ countries. I work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, building high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

My work has contributed to measurable improvements in conversion rates and user engagement, directly supporting revenue growth.

I care about craft, clarity over complexity, and collaboration over ego. Less buzzwords, more meaningful work. Whether it’s designing a smooth onboarding journey, building an interactive product tour, or running a workshop to upskill a team, I bring a pragmatic but still creative approach to solving problems.
